Lodging Your Pet at Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital

Reservations

Lodging reservations  are required.  Please plan early during holidays.  Our boarding kennels can accommodate all sizes of dogs and cats.

Check In-Check Out

Allow about 15 minutes for admitting your pet. This will give us enough time to become familiar with his/her diet, medications, existing conditions and daily habits.

For your convenience you may drop off and pick up your pet anytime during our office hours.  Boarding rates are charged on a daily basis, so you don't need to race after work to pick up your pet by a certain time. If you pick your pet up before 10am there will be no boarding charge for that day.

Food

In addition to our regular diet of Purina are available for those that require it.

Exercise

All of our dogs are walked outside individually 4 - 5 times daily.

Toys

You can bring some waterproof toys for your pet, but we cannot be responsible for any personal items left here.

Medications

If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay with us, he/she will be given prompt medical care. Any medication your pet is taking will be continued during his/her stay with us according to your veterinarian's directions. All medications must be brought in with the pet in enough quantity to last throughout his/her stay.

Vaccinations

We require proof that the following vaccinations are current to protect all the animals that are staying with us as well as our employees.

Dogs: Rabies; DA2PP, and  Bordetella (Intra-Nasal)

Cats: Rabies; FVRC-P
